Privacy Policy
Last updated 16 September 2026 · NE Realcomm Private Limited
This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the Eminence website at eminenceguwahati.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to the Eminence project at Beltola Main Road, Guwahati, developed by NE Realcomm Private Limited.
We have written it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate, because you should be able to understand what happens to your details before you give them to us.
Who we are
NE Realcomm Private Limited is the data fiduciary responsible for the information described in this policy. Our site office is at Eminence, Beltola Bazaar, opposite Tokyo Tower, Beltola Tiniali, Guwahati, Assam 781028. The project is registered with Assam RERA under registration number RERAA KM 11 of 2025-2026.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the enquiry form on this website, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you choose to provide it
- What you are interested in, and when you would prefer to visit
- Anything you write in the message box
Name and phone number are required because we cannot call you back without them. Everything else is optional.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site we also record technical and campaign information:
- The page address you were on, and the website that referred you
- Campaign tags in the link you clicked, such as which advertisement brought you here
- Your browser type and device information
- Cookies placed by the Meta pixel, described below
We do not collect your precise location, and we do not ask for financial information, identity documents or any sensitive personal data through this website.
Why we use it
| Purpose | What this means in practice |
|---|---|
| Responding to your enquiry | Calling or writing back to you about Eminence, sending the cost sheet, and arranging a site visit. |
| Managing the sale | Keeping a record of our conversations so that whoever speaks to you next knows what was already discussed. |
| Measuring our advertising | Understanding which advertisements lead to genuine enquiries, so we spend less on advertising that does not work. |
| Improving the website | Seeing which pages people read and where they lose interest. |
We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about a property you asked about.
Who we share it with
Our marketing partner
We work with a marketing agency that manages our advertising and the initial handling of enquiries. They can see your enquiry so they can pass it to our sales team and follow up with you.
Enquiries are stored in Google Sheets and processed through Google Apps Script. Google acts as our processor and stores this data on its servers.
Meta
When you submit the form, we send a record of that event to Meta so we can measure which advertisements are working. Your name, email address and phone number are converted into an irreversible hash before they are sent. Meta never receives your details in readable form, and cannot read them back out of the hash. Meta uses this to confirm whether the enquiry came from someone who saw one of our advertisements.
Nobody else
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with other developers, brokers or data brokers. We share it outside the parties above only where the law requires it, for example in response to a lawful order.
Cookies and the Meta pixel
This website uses the Meta pixel, a small piece of code that records when you visit the site and when you submit the enquiry form. It places cookies in your browser that let Meta recognise a returning visitor and connect a visit to an advertisement you may have seen.
If you would prefer not to be tracked this way, you can block cookies in your browser settings, use a browser extension that blocks trackers, or adjust your advertising preferences in your Meta account settings. Blocking them does not stop you from using the site or submitting an enquiry.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we are actively marketing the Eminence project, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you buy an apartment, we keep the records for as long as the law requires us to retain transaction documents. If you ask us to delete your details and there is no legal reason to keep them, we will.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
- Delete your information, where we have no legal reason to keep it
- Withdraw the consent you gave when you submitted the form
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to
You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India if you believe we have handled your information improperly.

A note on the images on this website
Every image of the building and its interiors on eminenceguwahati.com is a computer-generated render, not a photograph of a completed apartment. This is stated throughout the website. Nothing on the website or in this policy constitutes an offer or a contract; all sales are governed solely by the buyer's agreement.
